They would have been fine if they had anything but apples in those baskets. Spooks and apples…..they are crazy for them! She doesn’t fly on a broomstick or stir up smelly potions and definitely would never “get” anyone let alone their little dog (she loves all creatures), she is a good witch and a good cook! She makes the best apple pies in the county so when you need apples you go get them, even if night has fallen and you have to go through the haunted forest. Her loyal friends the cats are doing their best to hold it together as they fly along on the path hitting every bump, apples bouncing out and into the hands of the spooks. And little do they know…that’s all they want….they are really quite sweet. Very misunderstood you know.  :)  A tiny, primitive style folk art painting, done with acrylics on acid free,140 lb. watercolor paper. A lamb born in the fall is not that common, but the beautiful Autumn leaves are everywhere and they do look wonderful together! All things bright and beautiful.
