“Roadside Sunflower Sale!”

by Deborah Gregg
Harold and Eleanor have this shift, the last one for the day. The Sun has set and a sliver of a crescent moon has risen. But they are determined to sell them all before heading in. Eleanor is in charge of the money (has her money bag strapped on) and dealing with the actual customers. Harold being Harold, he has been placed in charge of advertising and promotional tactics, which he is very good at. Sunflowers are a hot item this time of year so of course they did sell them all ! Tomorrow the flock will take shifts and sell again till they have enough for the annual Harvest Party, leaving plenty for the birds over winter. Really, God Bless them, they think of everything. :) A tiny, primitive style folk art painting, done with acrylics on acid free,140 lb. watercolor paper. Has a protective finish, signed on front and back.An ACEO ( Art Cards, Editions and Originals ) This piece measures a tiny, 2.5″ tall and 3.5″ wide (image shown is larger than the actual painting). Copyright notice on piece is on digital image only, not on actual painting.I would be happy to paint one just like this one for you for 57.00 This includes shipping and insurance! Have a cool summer day!!! :) :)

“The Pumpkin Heist” by Deborah Gregg Halloween is just around the corner and the cats really really wanted a pumpkin of their own this year. The patch down the road was full of them. Beautiful big ones too. It didn’t occur to them that it was the pride and joy of the witch who lives there. They made their plan and sure enough. It could not have been easier! They joyfully marched along with their big orange pumpkin, unaware that the Witch watched the whole thing ( the bright lantern helped, Ha! ). Lucky little group, she loves Halloween and her precious pumpkins, but she also loves cats! This small painting is done with acrylics on 140 lb, acid free watercolor paper with acrylics. it has a protective finish and measures 4″ tall by 6″ long. (It is best matted and framed, not included) The copyright notice is on the digital image only, not on the actual painting. The original was recently sold on Etsy. I would be happy to paint one for you for $62.00 . This includes shipping and insurance. Have a Wonderful Day!

“Sunshine Sunflower Farm”

by Deborah Gregg
The very first cash crop of the season is the most delightful. The late summer morning is cool as the wagon leaves for town, a load of beautiful sunflower blossoms will sell for cut flowers and fill everyone’s day with sunshine! Hope everyone has some of these beauties growing in the garden or has a good farmers market close by!

by Deborah Gregg

At the crack of dawn, with only the early birds and the crescent moon for a witness, still in her bloomers…but they are so beautiful! Sunflowers can reduce even the nicest person (and her dog) to criminal behavior.
