Yes, they are magic. Each egg is in possession of a small bit of something that only the owners of that egg will realize. Sometimes right away, and others at a time in the future. All when they are most needed. There’s an egg for everyone at the auction. Even the crows are bidding and have already won one! Its a wonderful day with so many good things in store for all. “Easter Eve and the moon is rising behind the woods. Walking along the trail to home…… and “Good Gravy Boat!”. After the shock wore off she was finally convinced to accept a gift, to celebrate rebirth and renewal. And the Easter Bunny went on his Merry way, freaking people out in the night. ( of course, unintentionally)
