“A Winter Solstice Intervention”
by Deborah Gregg
The winter has come. The nights are long, the sun weak. But with the winter some find that a darkness of spirit arrives with it, making life ugly and sad. But these souls do not go unnoticed in this ancient community. A call has gone out to intervene. A soft snow falls as they gather together and quietly walk under the light of captured stars, making their way to the cabin at the edge of the deep woods. A force not to be trifled with , they begin to sing. An eerie tune but hauntingly beautiful, it fills the woods with its power. Negative spirits flee, Peace and happiness are restored to every creature, within and without.: ) Remember, the Winter Solstice is a celebration of the return of the Sun. And Its out in force today!
